Innovative product development fueled by world-class customer service.

West Palm Beach, FL

Rocket.net, the world’s most innovative and fastest-growing Managed Hosting Platform for WordPress, announces a strategic partnership with hosting.com to deliver the world’s leading hosting platform at scale.

“Since 2020, we’ve been growing at record speed with our innovative SaaS approach to delivering some of the largest WordPress websites in the world,” said Ben Gabler, CEO and Founder at Rocket.net. “Today, we are taking our platform to the next level by joining forces with what I believe to be one of the best brands and teams on the market, hosting.com”.

In 2025, Rocket.net was named the 167th fastest growing company in the United States on the Inc. 5000, making it one of the fastest growing hosting companies in history, all while maintaining a 98% customer satisfaction rate. As a business continues to scale, especially at such an incredible pace, it needs to scale its people and processes to maintain high customer success while investing in customer service.

Founded in 2019 and with 900+ team members in 40+ locations worldwide, hosting.com serves more than 3 million websites across 20+ data centers, with over 600,000 customers around the world. hosting.com is dedicated to building the world’s most trusted hosting company.

By teaming up with the hosting.com team, Rocket.net is set up for maximum success and has access to capital to reinvest in the platform like never before.

Seb de Lemos, CEO at hosting.com, says: “We’re thrilled to be partnering with Ben and the team at Rocket.net to not only support them in their rapid growth as the trusted platform for WordPress websites, but also in rolling out the Rocket.net platform to WordPress sites across our own hosting estate.”

As part of this new partnership, hosting.com has appointed Ben Gabler as its Chief Product Officer to lead all product and software engineering efforts. This will ultimately enable innovative product development at scale across hosting.com and its family of brands worldwide, including Rocket.net.

With Ben Gabler moving up to hosting.com, the goal is to bring the Rocket recipe into the fold at hosting.com in order to enhance the Hosting.com platform, customer service, and end-to-end customer experience. Seb adds, “At hosting.com, we see ourselves as a product business, just like Rocket.net. We’re excited to leverage Ben and the team’s experience to build amazing solutions together for the hundreds of thousands of global businesses that use our platform”.

“I’ve watched Ben over the last five years consistently show us all how to build a hosting brand and company that agencies trust. He’s done it the right way, with heart and hustle, and created the template for real agency partnerships,” said Cory Miller, chief evangelist of hosting.com. “The formula is simple: he and his team show up relentlessly by building a stellar product that’s designed exactly for what agencies need, and by continually improving it, all backed with exceptional WordPress and hosting support that agencies can rely on.”

With this partnership, Rocket.net will continue to operate independently and will be led by industry veteran Jessica Frick, formerly of Automattic/Pressable. Jessica recently joined Rocket.net as its General Manager and will continue reporting to Ben Gabler.

“I’m beyond excited by our new partnership with hosting.com. It will immediately put the Rocket.net platform in front of hundreds of thousands of hosting.com customers,” said Jessica Frick, General Manager of Rocket.net. “One of the reasons I joined Rocket.net was to be able to work alongside Ben and hosting.com on this partnership as we look to continue driving innovation in our industry.”

hosting.com will immediately offer Rocket.net Managed WordPress hosting products to all its customers and is working to extend much of Rocket.net’s feature set to standard hosting.com plans. The Rocket.net platform will be available in all hosting.com global locations, including existing Rocket.net locations such as the USA, UK, Germany, and Singapore, as well as new locations such as Mexico, the UAE, and Australia.

Ben adds: “The overall goal of this new partnership is to have one platform that enables customers to get started with WordPress and other frameworks while also offering all the tools they need to grow their business. From shared to managed to dedicated enterprise hosting, hosting.com is now the one-stop shop that satisfies your website’s every need.”

The partnership with Rocket.net continues hosting.com’s commitment to the WordPress open source community and the Open Web. As well as being global WordCamp sponsors, hosting.com currently encourages hundreds of its team members to use work hours to contribute to the WordPress project. Cory Miller adds, “Just like our leadership at hosting.com, Ben’s an entrepreneur who started in hosting decades ago, when the industry was just getting started, and he doesn’t believe in doing hosting as usual. Ben believes in the value of WordPress and Open Source for the Open Web, and we can’t wait to see his team’s achievements integrated into all of our WP work  at hosting.com for the benefit of all our global customers.”
