Let’s break it down

First, let’s start with “What is a TB?”… Great question, TB stands for Terabyte. A Terabyte is made up of 1024 Gigabytes. Over the years, we’ve seen hard drives go from MB to GB all the way up to TB. It’s not uncommon to purchase a new computer and have it come with 1TB of storage.

Similar to disk space, bandwidth usage is measured in MB (Megabytes), GB (Gigabytes), TB (Terabytes), and even PB (Petabytes).
